There are two main roles within our services which include Guest Services Operations and Ground Handling Operations.

Guest Services Operations

As part of our Guest Services Operations you may be responsible for:

• Processing customers in the airline check-In system
• Boarding and disembarking of aircraft
• Operating aeronautical radio systems
• Passenger marshalling
• Delays and disruption management
• Processing and verifying travel documents
• Assisting passengers with special needs
• Managing passenger seating arrangements
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Coordinating with flight crew for passenger needs
• Cleaning of aircraft interiors

Ground Handling Operations

As part of our Ground Handling Operations you may be responsible for:

• Baggage and freight makeup
• Loading and offloading aircraft holds
• Aircraft marshalling
• Aircraft dispatch
• Aircraft towing, pushback and aircraft positioning
• Communicating with flight crew and air traffic control
• Operation of a wide range of powered and non-powered airport equipment
• Operating aeronautical radio systems
• Maintaining accurate flight records
• Cleaning of aircraft interiors
